EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Locate and mark reference points for columns or plates on foundation and align structures for boiler frames;
Attach rigging and signal crane operator to lift components to specified positions;
Bolts or welds structures and sections together to assemble boiler frames and supports;
Install manholes, valves, gauges and feed water connections in drums to complete assembly of water tube boilers;
Signal crane operator during lifting, assist in testing assembled vessels and perform maintenance/cleaning activities as required
