Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels, ensuring compliance with building codes and operational standards;
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial equipment;
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, walk-ins, and HVAC systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime;
Adhere to OSHA and EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols during all service activities;
Lead and mentor field teams, providing technical guidance and promoting safety practices..
