Role Description The Multi Licensed Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Corpus Christi, TX. This position is responsible for performing inspections, testing, and documentation for fire alarms, fire sprinkler systems, kitchen suppression systems, and fire extinguishers in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The inspector conducts site visits, evaluates system performance, identifies deficiencies, and communicates findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Daily tasks include completing inspection reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with scheduling and service teams, and ensuring that all work meets safety and compliance requirements. The role also involves interacting with customers on-site, answering questions, and supporting follow-up service or repairs as needed.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform field inspections and testing of fire alarms, fire sprinkler systems, kitchen suppression systems, and fire extinguishers while following NFPA, local, and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail for documenting inspection results, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate compliance records.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and teammates.
• Basic technical and mechanical aptitude to understand fire protection equipment, read plans, and use inspection tools and devices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer sites; reliable transportation as required.
• Relevant state or local fire protection licenses or certifications (such as fire alarm, sprinkler, or suppression system licenses); additional licenses are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site, stand or move for extended periods, and safely navigate various commercial and industrial environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or experience in fire protection or building systems is preferred.
• Capability to work independently, manage daily schedules, and prioritize multiple inspections while meeting deadlines.
