Java Technical Lead

Job Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend systems using Spring Boot and Microservices
  .
• Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions.
• Guide the team on best practices in REST API development
  , event-driven architecture
  , and cloud-native design
  .
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor and support team members in technical growth and productivity.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops for containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA, Dev Ops, and UI teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Expertise in Spring Boot
  , Spring Cloud
  , Spring Data
  , Spring Security
  , and related frameworks.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing Microservices using Java.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design
  , OAuth2/JWT
  , and API gateways
  .
• Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ) and asynchronous communication
  .
• Hands‑on experience with Relational (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and No
  
  SQL databases (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB, Redis).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

  , Maven/Gradle
  .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
