• Operate company aircraft safely and professionally in accordance with FAA regulations, Operations Specifications, the Rotorcraft Flight Manual, General Operations Manual, SOPs, and company policies.
• Monitor weather, obtain flight briefings, coordinate with Operational Control Specialists, and brief flight crews.
• Demonstrate sound aeronautical decision-making and disciplined risk management.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in every operation.
• Support medical crews and maintenance personnel whenever appropriate.
• Maintain aircraft, pilot housing, and work areas in a clean and professional manner.
