Fed Ex - 201 South Padre Island Drive - Responsibilities:
Perform trailer switches by hooking and moving trailers between yard, doors, and yard areas;
Communicate with management/central control to coordinate trailer movements in the yard;
Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards;
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment;
Adhere to yard switching safety processes and procedures
