General Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

General Warehouse Worker – responsible for moving, staging, and loading products throughout the distribution center, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.

Monday‑Friday, 5:30am – 1:30pm (or until work is complete). Pay is $17.25 per hour with weekly pay on Fridays.

• Move, unload, and stage product using appropriate equipment.
• Perform required inventory checks and documentation.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Count pallets accurately and verify loads against customer orders.
• Load customer orders onto delivery trucks.
• Practice FIFO or other rotation procedures as instructed.
• Handle damaged or returned products and participate in repack procedures.

• Provide guidance and direction to team members as needed.
• Help resolve problems and train new or existing staff.

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to read, understand English, and perform basic math.
• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Forklift and other DC equipment certification or experience (desired).

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lbs for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs.
• Work in noisy, crowded environments with variable temperatures.
• Operate facility equipment and use a personal computer for communication and reporting.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
