Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our division in Corpus Christi, Texas. This position is responsible for warehouse functions including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
- Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including mounting and dismounting.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
- Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.

Minimum Years of Experience0–2 years
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Electrical experience preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Safe operation of warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold), noise, and dust. Fast‑paced environment with frequent movement and activity. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
