We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff, inventory, equipment, and daily operations. This position ensures tools, vehicles, trailers, and materials are organized, maintained, and ready to support restoration projects.

• Supervise and provide daily direction to warehouse personnel.
• Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse and yard.
• Track inventory and oversee the checkout and return of tools and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, inspected, maintained, and ready for use.
• Coordinate the staging, loading, delivery, and pickup of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor supply levels and submit repair, replacement, and restocking requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory, vehicle, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Support occasional after-hours and emergency response needs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, construction, restoration, or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
