We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Warehouse Attendant position.
Location:
6300 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412 (online applications accepted only).
Schedule:
Full‑time schedule, open availability preferred. More details will be provided during the interview.
Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour.
Job SummaryReceives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products in a warehouse setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
- Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Place materials and goods on racks, shelves, and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers.
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
- Use computer to enter records.
- Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
- Drive vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
- Maintain personal commitment to safety for oneself and others.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures, including appropriate use of gloves, ovens, and slip‑resistant shoes as specified.
- Prior experience in a storeroom, inventory, or food service environment is preferred.
