We are looking for a detail-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting tasks and office operations located on WESTSIDE of Albuquerque, NM. This role requires expertise in financial management, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records, alongside overseeing general office functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a commitment to precision, supporting company leadership with timely financial insights.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full cycle of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Perform bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger records to ensure compliance.
- Oversee daily office operations, such as managing petty cash, handling mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Coordinate basic IT support and vendor management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit required filings in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Develop and distribute regular financial reports to assist management decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of records for audits and compliance.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations and produce financial statements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
