Ideum is seeking a skilled Fabrication Floor Manager to lead daily operations in our Corrales, New Mexico studio. This on-site role focuses on keeping the fabrication shop safe, organized, and productive while ensuring project schedules are met and quality standards upheld.
You will review production readiness, coordinate shop activities, mentor fabricators, and support the production of two touch table products produced in small batches for world-famous museums and Fortune 500 clients.
