Volt is hiring a Production/Assembly Associate for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM.

As a Production/Assembly Associate, you will:

• Perform production and assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
• Assemble products and components using hand tools and equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support daily production goals and follow company safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Highly trainable with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Experience following work instructions and specifications.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.
