Roadrunner Home Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to provide in‑home patient care under the supervision of an RN.

• Provide direct patient care and implement RN care plans.
• Document visits accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Communicate changes in condition to RN.
• Follow physician orders and company policies.

• Active NM LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
