EHS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead our company's efforts in maintaining a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational health, safety regulations, and environmental management within manufacturing settings. • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare detailed report writing to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and deliver training & development programs on safety protocols, OSHA compliance, first aid, CPR, and workers' compensation law.
• Manage workers' compensation claims process in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Ensure occupational health standards are maintained by monitoring exposure levels and implementing control measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety records, inspection reports, training logs, and compliance reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding environmental and occupational health issues.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness through communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
