Physical Therapist

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Diagnose movement and functional impairments and determine appropriate interventions.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and recovery strategies.
• Establish measurable goals and appropriate timelines for discharge.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability or willingness to develop skills in vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Willingness to learn and pursue continuing education.
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
