- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients.
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.

- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and recovery strategies.
- Establish measurable goals and appropriate timelines for discharge.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements.
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: On-Site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends

- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Ability or willingness to develop skills in vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Willingness to learn and pursue continuing education.
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
