Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join a team supporting end-user computing devices. The role involves troubleshooting and repair of PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers in a client environment.
Responsibilities include desk-side support, IMAC activities, VIP client support, meeting service metrics, and clear communication of repairs and status. Requires technical school certification or 2–4 years’ experience; ITIL familiarity; A+ is desirable.
