This position will be responsible for preparing injection molds for production. Include, but not limited to :
- Maintain work areas in professional manner
- Changeover of tooling in injection molds
- Tooling preventative maintenance adherence
- Minor machining of mold components
- Measurement of tooling for spec conformance
- New tooling spec verification
- Changeover time reduction
- IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 adherence
- Cleanliness and organizational improvements
- Safety
- Efficiency improvements (more good parts per hour)
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation
- Communication of equipment and output problems to supervisor
