Production Team Member | Machine Operator | Assembly | Day & Night Shift Pay Rates
Day Shift: $15.50/hour
Night Shift: $16.50/hour
As a Production Team Member, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process by helping meet production goals and maintaining quality standards.
Primary duties include:
Operate manufacturing and production equipment
Perform machine operation and grinder duties
Assemble large parts and components
Work on a production line in a team-oriented environment
Package finished products for shipment
Prepare and label boxes for distribution
Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other related duties as assigned

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
