This job is located in Corry, PA. The Customer Service Manager is responsible to be the single point of catact to assigned customers within the USA and Internationally. The CSM will be speaking with customers on a daily basis to take Purchase Orders, provide updates on existing orders and complete required documentation for completed orders. The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience in Cutomer Service and have a general knowlege of production, scheduling and quality control in a manufacturing environment.
