Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift

Remedy Staffing is currently hiring a Receiving Clerk for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse operations, we want to hear from you.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Enter received goods into inventory systems accurately
• Label, tag, and store materials in assigned warehouse locations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material flow
• Perform scheduled cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and adjustments
• Assist with physical inventory audits as needed

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Experience with inventory systems and cycle counting strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

• Full-Time | 1st Shift
• Hours:
  
  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime or schedule adjustments may occur based on business needs
