The Role
As a Panel Beater or Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

· Carrying out panel repairs and replacements on accident-damaged vehicles.

· Repairing dents and damaged panels to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

· Undertaking light stripping and refitting of vehicle components where required.

· Removing and refitting trim, bumpers and other components to support the repair process.

· Preparing vehicles and panels for the next stage of the repair process.

· Using appropriate tools and equipment to complete repairs safely and accurately.

· Working alongside other workshop technicians to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.

· Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

· Keeping your working area clean, safe and organised.
 
About You
To be considered for this Panel Beater position, you'll ideally have:

· Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Panel Beater.

· Strong knowledge of vehicle body repairs and accident repair methods.

· Experience repairing and replacing damaged panels.

· The ability to carry out light stripping and refitting of vehicle components.

· Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality repairs.

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
