They pride themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Home Superintendent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Work both in the field and the office to plan, execute, and oversee projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and trades to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom home construction.
• Proven track record of managing $1M+ custom home projects.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Ability to work in both field and office settings.
