• Conduct and evaluate daily maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Report unusual situations to the Lead Mechanic for adjustments or technical guidance.
• Manage maintenance operations at field bases, maintaining the safety and security of aircraft and assets.
• Prepare and certify all maintenance documentation in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Perform accurate data entry in RAMCO systems and communicate effectively with the Lead Mechanic and team members.
• Oversee parts inventory, recommend improvements, and maintain company tools and equipment.

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic.
• Basic communication and computer skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including strength assessment and drug/background screening.
• Skills in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair (for Roving Maintenance Team).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts as required.
