• Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients under supervision.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in assigned territories.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Support marketing efforts to promote therapy services within the community.

• Valid PTA license in Texas and relevant certifications.
• Eagerness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Experience in physical therapy settings preferred, with a focus on patient care.
• Capability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and families effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with physical therapists on treatment plans.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation of patient treatments.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
