This position primarily involves maintaining a clean work area. The person in this role will be responsible for keeping the building and its surrounding areas clean and orderly. They will also assist with maintenance tasks for the facility, including equipment and electrical systems.

• Operating auto floor sweeper (sweeping, moping, scrubbing, or vacuuming)
• Operating auto trash bin
• Disposing of trash
• Using heavy‑duty cleaning equipment.
• Responsible for all aspects of ground keeping, such as light spraying and weed eating.
• Performing routine maintenance activities.
• Notifying manager regarding the need for repairs.
• Assisting in other areas as needed while ensuring all work is done in compliance with safety standards and regulations

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
• Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions.

• This position has no supervisory responsibility.

• No travel is expected for this position.
• This position works in a warehouse setting with outdoor exposure during the workday.
• The employee is frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
• The person in this position will routinely stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
