As a Miner Maintenance Supervisor
, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mining equipment and systems. Your focus will be on minimizing downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards. The role directly manages the Miner Maintenance Team at the Corsicana, TX location.

• Receive instructions from the Miner Maintenance Manager and submit workflows to the team.
• Develop training procedures, SOPs, and training materials to accelerate new employee onboarding.
• Monitor contractor progress on‑site and assign work as needed.
• Consult and advise on development of internal software features.
• Maintain an inventory of all miners, including settings, hash rate, and repair status, compliant with SOX regulations.
• Support assistant supervisors with personnel conflicts and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain on‑call schedule to respond to mass failures that halt mining operations.
• Approve purchase orders for the Miner Maintenance team.
• Participate in hiring Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.
• Research new repair methods to ensure optimal hash rate.
• Organize external training for maintenance repair courses.
• Supervise commissioning of new miner installations and document settings for the SOX team.

• Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Clear communication of major errors affecting the data center.

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• On‑the‑job training provided.
• PCB repair certification is a plus.

• Basic tool use and computer literacy.
• Experience with computer troubleshooting and repair.
