Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at a busy concrete plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating skid steers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes, and Sky Trak. This position is essential to keeping plant operations running safely and efficiently. Job Duties:

• Operate skid steers, front-end loaders, backhoes, Sky Trak, mixers, excavators, and cranes safely and efficiently
• Move raw materials and finished concrete products throughout the facility
• Electrical PLC knowledge. (relays, contractors, sensors, switches), AC/DC circuits, voltage
• Assist with pouring, forming, and finishing concrete products
• Clean and prepare molds, forms, and work areas
• Shovel, rake, and move materials such as sand, gravel, and debris
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Support production team to meet daily manufacturing goals

Requirements:

• Experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, loader, mixer, crane required)
• Manufacturing, concrete, or construction background preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods. Willingness to work in different weather conditions, as required by the job.
