You will conduct skills training, explain work orders and drawings, evaluate using the Skills Matrix, collect feedback, and support 5-S/Lean initiatives; travel up to 25%.
Qualifications include an associate degree or 1+ years with Morgan, experience in training manufacturing processes, and comfort with computer-based systems.
