Retail Merchandiser

Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C. is seeking an Overnight Retail Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising projects for major brands and national retailers. In this field-based role, you'll set and reset product displays, follow detailed planograms, install signage and promotional materials, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked. You'll work independently during overnight hours, accurately capture data and photos using company tools, and communicate with store teams.

This position offers hands-on retail experience and opportunities to build planning, sales support, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute overnight in-store merchandising projects for assigned retailers
• Set, reset, and stock product displays following planograms and retailer standards
• Install signage, POP materials, and promotional displays accurately
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure shelves are full, clean, and properly labeled
• Capture data, photos, and reports using company tools and mobile applications
• Communicate with store management and Anderson team leads on project status
• Follow detailed instructions and timelines to complete work independently
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and quality standards during all overnight shifts
• Travel between assigned store locations as scheduled
