A Delivery Specialist, promotes and teaches our brand's technical features to our customers.

• Creates an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for our customers to drive loyalty
• Shows customers how to use the technology and features of the car they purchased
• Asks open ended questions while demonstrating features to make sure the customer understands
• Stays current with product knowledge, especially new features and accessories and the benefits these will provide the customer
• Provides every customer with an exceptional experience to drive loyalty

• Arrives on time to scheduled appointments and maintains communication with salespeople as needed
• Met or exceeds minimum requirements for Customer Satisfaction standards
• Maintains professional appearance at all times
• Has High ethical standards in all areas

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and computers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

The employee will work indoors and outdoors. Daily walking, standing and sitting.
