Provide customer service to clients, team members, and visitors by following security procedures and reporting issues;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and report hazards;
Respond to incidents with de-escalation and coordinate with management and law enforcement as needed;
Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas to deter theft and assist with queue management;
Complete incident reports and patrol logs and communicate observations to site leadership
