Truck Driver CDL A Solo Regional

Position Overview

We are hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Corsicana, TX. Drivers will receive weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

• Driver positions pay weekly.
• Solo miles pay: $0.59 per mile with 2000 miles per week.
• Solo stops pay: $25.50 per stop with 10 stops per week.
• Per diem pay: $30.00 per night with 2–3 nights per week.
• Overnights for routes in Ryder booked hotel or sleeper.
• Paid training.

• Schedule:
  
  Sunday – Saturday.
• Deliver solo to: TX, OK, LA, AR, MS, NM, KS, MO, and CO.

• Tractor type:
  Sleeper and Day Cab.
• Trailer type: 48', 53' and 57' dry van.
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful.
• Equipment:
  Manual pallet jack and lift gate.
• Freight: touch hardware.
• Ryder reimburses cost to obtain endorsements and provides training.
• Endorsements:
  Hazmat – must be willing to obtain post‑hire.

• Medical, dental and vision after 30 days.
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it).

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
