Trillium Drivers is now hiring a full-time Class A CDL Delivery Driver for a food distribution company.
Pay rate is $24.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday – Friday,7:00 AM start time until route completion. 1 out-of-town route per week. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Driver will be delivering food products to customer locations. This is a touch freight position, so candidates must be comfortable loading, unloading, and handling product throughout the shift.
Responsibilities- Operate a Class A delivery truck safely
- Deliver food products to customer locations
- Load and unload product as needed
- Complete routes accurately and on time
- Complete delivery paperwork
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow DOT and company safety standards
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Touch freight experience required
- Clean MVR
- Ability to work until route completion
- Comfortable with 1 out-of-town route per week
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
