Accounts Payable Specialist

Are you a high-volume accounts payable professional with strong experience with 3-way match? Do you have an upbeat and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail? We are looking for an accounts payable individual for a new job opportunity in Corte Madera, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounts payable experience, experience with 3-way match, and have a strong attention to detail.

• Perform high-volume invoice processing with a strong focus on three-way match (invoice, PO, and receipt)
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain organized and up-to-date AP documentation and records
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable

• Proven experience in accounts payable within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong working knowledge of three-way match processes
• Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
