Summary
The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer service, product education, and counter business management.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and tailored product recommendations.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the counter organized and customer-ready while building customer loyalty.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
