Summary
The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. The role combines customer service, beauty education, makeup application, and skincare recommendations.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the counter organized and customer-ready while building customer loyalty.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise.
