Position: Retail Brand Associate ( Corte Madera, CA )

Retail Brand Experience Associate

Location:

Corte Madera, CA. This is a non-exempt hourly position with overtime eligibility. Pay range $21.00 - $24.56 per hour plus a potential monthly bonus.

Responsibilities Overall
  • Work with team and individually to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise; stay up-to-date with all products and procedures.
  • Bring a customer‑centered approach to executing sales goals.
  • Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Assist guests with resolving customer experience issues and provide an exceptional experience.
  • Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product to constantly improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teams such as customer experience, production, and logistics to maintain a low return rate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Retail
  • Engage in daily in‑person sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
  • Ensure the sales floor, windows, displays, and back‑stock areas are kept clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with planning and executing events and community programs.
  • Assist with suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service.
  • Ability to lift 200 lbs and be on your feet all day.
Digital
  • Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
  • Follow up with customers through the CRM platform and ensure a wholesome experience by being a resource to them.
  • Assist team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails.
Qualifications
  • Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
  • Amazing attitude, passion for learning, and desire to be part of a growing business set to change the world.
  • Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (Talk Desk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus.
  • Passionate about our brand’s values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and no‑task‑too‑small mentality.
  • Self‑starter, resilient entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Eager to be at the frontline of a fast‑paced and growing brand.
  • Mac and Google Suite proficiency is a plus.
  • Comfortable taking phone and video appointments.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Café experience, training experience, experience running branded events is a plus.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
Physical Requirements
  • Mobility: ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Movement: ability to execute repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers; including reaching or bending repeatedly.
  • Move: ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
  • Lift: capability to lift up to 200 pounds using lifting aids and/or equipment.
  • Operate: constantly operate a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.
  • Communicate: frequently communicate with other team members to update on the status of a task.
