Job Summary

Our Brand Representatives bring our store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing our brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all.

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipating needs, initiating conversation naturally, and offering product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment—including folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.

• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.

The starting rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour).
