Role Overview

As a Cashier, you provide fast and friendly service, process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty program, and ensure customers leave positive.

• Process sales transactions accurately, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging products.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service by greeting, engaging, building relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of work experience in retail (1+ year preferred).
• Passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, and climb ladders to lift 50lb. overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions during the workday.

Regular. Pay range: $19.88–$23.85 hourly. Seasonal roles may be short‑term, no longer than six months. The anticipated close date of this posting is 120 days from the posted date. Total Wine & More is a drug‑free workplace.
