Part‑Time Sales Lead – The Village of Corte Madera, Corte Madera, CA.

Fabletics seeks a Part‑Time Sales Lead to lead customer experience and support Sales & Operations in a vibrant omnichannel retail environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and a team of associates to deliver a best‑in‑class shopping journey that blends online and in‑store experiences.

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing customers with insight on living their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook, Omnicart, Member Chat, and other performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to create an easy, value‑adding shopping journey.
• Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs.

• At least one year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to take ownership when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and capable of bringing out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
