Aerie - Sales Leader

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. You represent the company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through an in‑store experience.
• Motivate, inspire, and hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain a Guest First culture.
• Challenge associates with clear goals, provide performance feedback, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to company policies.

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and time‑management skills.
• Business acumen.
