Sales Associate

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service and make the shopping experience fun and memorable.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products to help customers find the perfect item.
• Handle checkout for in‑store purchases, online pick‑up, and process truck unloads as needed.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and floor replenishment standards.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.

• Can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and conversation‑initiating skills.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Hourly pay range $18.50–$19.00.
• Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
• All associates earn paid sick leave; full‑time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
