• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests from customers in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with computers and an interest in learning new computer applications
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

• $21.00 - $21.85 Hourly
• Commission for apparel, shoes, and accessories sales: 3% to 14.5%
• Commission for beauty and men's fragrance sales: 3%
