What we’re looking for:- Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience, in person and over the phone
- Ability to quickly and accurately manage reservations, guest seating and wait times.
- Planning and organizing dining room seating for the evening
- Answering the phones and providing information about the restaurant
- Clearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employees
- Controlling the flow of the restaurant seating to ensure guest satisfaction
- Team player; you’re always willing to give and ask for help
- Flexible scheduling
