This position is for a full-time Resident Health Services Coordinator position to work at San Clemente and Drakes Way, a 79-unit and 24-unit affordable family housing communities in Corte Madera and Larkspur, CA. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in social services, public health, or related field. 3 to 5 years’ experience in human services, community-based work, CHW roles, including at least two years’ experience with supportive housing or social services.
Must have valid DL and DMV clearance. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour;
Hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Assists residents in achieving housing stability, improved health outcomes, and overall wellbeing. Engages residents with culturally responsive service navigation, health-related support, and community-building activities within EAH Housing communities. Connects residents to existing social services, examines needs for on-site services, and explores ways to bring programs to the property, serving as a bridge between residents, property management, service providers, Managed Care Plans (MCPs), and community-based organizations.
