Elementary Registrar Secretary
Responsible for the overall management of the school office; various secretarial and clerical functions; basic accounting and bookkeeping functions; record keeping and report preparation. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.

- Minimum Education:
Specialized classes beyond high school - Minimum Experience:
One to three years - Skill Requirements:
- Computer
- Word processing
- General office equipment
- Some accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
- First Aid
- Effective communication

- Is flexible
- Has the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers
- Maintains a generally positive attitude
- Observes all district policies and procedures
Licenses or Certification:
None Required
Essential Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting 5 to 10 pounds
- Occasional lifting 10 to 50 pounds
