Southwest Open School (SWOS) is seeking an ESS Coordinator responsible for the implementation and compliance of student support services including Special Education, Gifted and Talented, and Dual Language Learner programming in Cortez, Colorado.
The ideal candidate will ensure all students receive appropriate access to education, supporting both advanced learners and multilingual students in an alternative education environment.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple compliance areas effectively while fostering relationships with students and families.
