As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide hands-on patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, safety, and positive outcomes for patients in their homes. Implement care plans developed by the RN and document progress accurately
Monitor patient conditions and communicate observations to the RN and physician
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality service
Participate in professional development and team meetings
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Current LPN/LVN license in the State of Colorado3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or Med-Surg a plus)
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Pay Rate $26.00 - $ 33.00
