What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patient progress
Complete assessments, documentation, and individualized nursing plans
Administer medications within your scope of practice and applicable regulations
Support established treatment plans and respond to urgent medical needs
Use sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills throughout each shift
Collaborate with the healthcare team to help maintain quality patient care
